We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Auckland team as a Clinical Coordinator, supporting people to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life within their communities. 

About the Role

As a Clinical Coordinator, you'll manage your own caseload across Auckland, working closely with clients, families, support workers and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality community-based care.
