Job Description/Requirements.

**Proposed Schedule:** 40 hours per week. Shifts will vary based on the operating hours of the Health Centers.

**_Please note:_** **_This is a float position and will require traveling between Plattsburgh Family Health, Champlain Family Health, and Plattsburgh Pediatric and Adolescent Health._**
