Some of the day to day tasks include: IV management, IV antibiotics, anticoagulation drug administration, blood administration, wound, diabetes, and hypertension management.-This is a very active floor with medically and socially complex patients. Nurses need to really be in tune to their patients to manage the care they required. It is a great place to learn and develop skills.-You will be responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
