Details:Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing (April/May 2025)Schedule: Monday-Friday - 5x8's, 4x10's, 3x12's - FLEXIBLE ON SCHEDULING! No call!40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests off!Full Time strongly preferred, but will accept Part Time.
