**Requirements:**

+ Active **TN ** State or Compact Registered Nurse License if applicable
+ **AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced), or CEFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP**
+ Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
+ Additional certifications may be required
