Job Details:
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers will not be accepted
• Level III Perinatal Care experience is required with no exceptions
• Experience providing care for high-risk mothers and newborns required
• Knowledge of placenta accreta, tubal ligation, cerclage, and hysterectomies required
• Must be able to support as secondary nurse for C-section deliveries and circulate in vaginal deliveries
• Perform surgical recovery, care for newborns, manage massive transfusions, and treat pre-eclampsia
• Patient types include high-risk mothers and newborns with approximately 280 deliveries per month
• Patient ratios: 1:1-2 for active labor and 1:3 for antepartum; follows AWHONN staffing guidelines
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, FHM
