**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The **Manager Neuro ICU and CCU** has the direct-line responsibility for day to day operations and overall responsibility for the nursing department, insuring that employees have effective management, good communication and appropriate discipline. The Manager Neuro ICU and CCU insures that the charge nurses fulfill their responsibilities as front-line supervisors. Also, the Manager Neuro ICU and CCU is responsible on a 24-hour basis for the coordination of patient care, administrative and nursing activities as well as being responsible, on a 24 hours basis, for the quality of nursing care provided to patient.
