Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly lead to a cancellation. A teamwork approach is essential, and all interactions with patients and staff must meet behavioral expectations. Adhering to the call-off policy is strongly enforced.
