This position will float between the Commack and Centereach locations.

The Registered Nurse provides safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting. The RN provides clinical leadership and is a resource for the staff .
Responsibilities:
Clinical Practice/Patient Care

+ Order and maintain supplies for clinical use.

+ Conduct health history assessments on procedural patients.

+ Provide pre-procedure, post-procedure and support to patients in the breast health program.
