**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**We are seeking a Preoperative Screening RN for our ambulatory surgery center. As a part of our team, you will contribute to HCA mission and values by ensuring that your patient is prepared and cleared for surgery. Under the direction of the clinical preoperative screeners, you will assist with the collection of your patient’s information, communicate with physician offices, complete medical history, and assemble a clinical record for your patient.**
