**Description**



**RN - Quality Assurance located at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center (primary location) and Providence Milwaukie Hospital (secondary location), with occasional travel to Providence Newberg Medical Center. The position does not currently offer remote work opportunities. This is a full time, day shift position with a Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4pm work schedule.**



Provides assessment, evaluation and support for all quality initiatives within PHS Oregon. Provides concurrent and retrospective support managing initiatives to comply and in accordance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid requirements, The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements, administrative and program personnel, and third party payors.
