**Position Purpose:**

The Colleague Safety/ Risk Specialist is responsible for identifying colleague safety risks and developing risk mitigation and colleague safety improvement actions at assigned locations.

Location: Mount Carmel Grove City

**What you will Do:**

+ Provides site annual OSHA 300A Summary Logs
+ Works effectively with senior leadership, medical staff, managers, and colleagues to promote a culture of safety.
+ Reviews literature and professional organizations for new or revised evidence based best practices related to colleague safety and healthcare risk management for identification of proactive mitigation strategies and to make recommendations to leadership.
