**Job Overview**

The RN independently provides direct nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices.

**Location** : Oncology Unit- Main Campus

**Hours** : 36 Hours- Evening/Nights (Weekend and Holidays Required)

**Shift** : Nights 7:00PM-7:00AM

_The Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway placement is comprised of four levels based on a RN’s minimum experience, education, and qualifications._

**Level I** - 0 – Less than 12 Months of RN Experience.

**Level II** - 12 Months - Less than 3 Years of RN Experience.

**Level III** - 3 Years - Less than 8 Years of RN Experience.

**Level IV** - 8 Years of RN Experience.
