**Position Purpose:**

The Progressive Care Unit at Mount Carmel Grove City is a 12-bed mixed medical/surgical unit. This unit provides nursing care for patients who are less acutely ill than those requiring intensive care, but more acutely ill than the general medical/surgical unit population.
