The Team Lead Healthy Start provides support to staff to promote quality care in a professionally supportive environment on a continuous basis. Serves as an active member of the interdisciplinary team. Facilitates appropriate client scheduling based on the clinical need and expedites flow of patients within the department and is available to all staff as a resource.

Facilitates effective communication with administration, clients, and staff and allocates resources to promote efficient, effective, and compassionate patient care. Ensures appropriate staffing and monitors staff. Oversees staff clinical performance and contributes to performance evaluations.
