Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Operators / Labourers to join road construction and maintenance crews working on projects throughout the Maranoa Region.

These roles are suited to candidates with civil construction experience, as well as those looking to build their skills in plant operation. The primary focus will be operating rollers, with training available for the right applicants who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating rollers and other civil construction equipment
• Assisting with road construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation works
• Performing general labouring duties as required
• Working as part of an experienced road crew
