Position Overview

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule units due for service to terminals or third-party vendors
Monitor, update, and audit reports pertaining to service needs
Check history of units to ensure necessary services have been performed on schedule and determine when service is due next
Document units that have missed services and reschedule as needed
Present on assigned topics during weekly team meetings
Answer and manage routed breakdown calls, efficiently plan repairs, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Coordinate service through planner system and/or direct communication with field teams
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 1 year of related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
