Responsibilities

• Operate road roller equipment for compaction related to trackworks and E&M activities
• Perform compaction works according to approved method statements and site instructions
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with track supervisors, E&M teams, and ground personnel during operations
• Ensure safe equipment operation within railway and controlled work areas
• Report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately
• Follow all project safety rules, toolbox talks, and HSSE requirements
• Assist in other trackwork-related activities as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• TESDA NC II – Heavy Equipment Operation (Road Roller) (Required)
• Experience operating road roller equipment in railway or infrastructure projects preferred
