Position Overview

            Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years in Oil & Gas Plant Projects  Key Responsibilities  Implement and maintain the Road Transport Safety Management System (RTSMS) in accordance with company and client requirements. 
Monitor and control all project vehicle movements, ensuring compliance with approved journey management procedures. 
Conduct vehicle inspections and verify compliance with project and client standards before mobilization. 
Ensure all drivers possess valid licenses, required certifications, and client approvals. 
Conduct defensive driving assessments and monitor driver competency. 
Coordinate and implement Journey Management Plans (JMP) for personnel and material transportation activities. 
Monitor driver behavior, including speed limits, seat belt usage, fatigue management, and adherence to traffic rules.
