Position Overview

This Glasgow‑based litigation firm is a solicitor to join its Road Traffic Injury Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist practice known for high‑quality work, strong client care, and close partner support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of pursuer RTA claims
  • Conducting litigation in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session
  • Advising clients on liability, quantum, settlement strategy and case progression
  • Negotiating settlements and progressing claims through litigation where required
  • Providing clear, pragmatic and empathetic advice to clients throughout the claims process
  • Developing advocacy skills and supporting wider team objectives

    • Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE with experience in personal injury litigation, particularly RTA work. Strong client‑handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with empathy are essential. This r...
