Job Summary

Reporting to the Project Delivery Business Leader (PDBL), the Technical Leader (TL) is accountable for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Roadways discipline within the Infrastructure Business Operating Unit (BOU).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate discipline‑specific technical standards aligned with regulations, industry best practices, and internal requirements.
• Promote consistent application of QA/QC processes, design standards, and technical review practices across projects.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on complex or high‑risk projects.
