Position Overview

            Job Scope  Provide onsite and remote desktop/EUC support across different customer locations 
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, VPN, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and mobile devices 
Handle device setup, imaging, migration, deployment, refresh, and decommission activities 
Support onboarding/offboarding activities and meeting room technologies 
Manage incidents, service requests, and roaming support activities within SLA timelines 
Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for issue resolution and maintain proper ticket updates in ITSM tools 
 Requirements  2-4 years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support or Managed Services 
Experience in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, VPN, MFA, and endpoint security 
Familiar with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools 
Good troubleshooting and customer communication skills 
Able to travel between customer sites ...
