Position Overview

Role Purpose:
To handle the roasting of all kinds of nuts as per the recipe



Accountabilities:
Nuts Roasting

•Roasts all kind of nuts as per the recipe and quality standards

• Ensures the production quantities on daily basis is finished on time and as per quality standards

• Removes sample of nuts from oven, using spoon, compares nuts with color standard, and adjusts time and temperature controls of oven to ensure specified roasting.

• Tilts bin by hand or by hoist to dump cooled nuts into hopper of machines that remove skins, sprouts, stones

Roasting Machine Cleaning

Ensures the roasting area and machines is cleaned at all times and meets quality compliance



Academic Education & Professional Certifications

• Technical Degree

Operational & Managerial Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Roasting Nuts
