What does it take to be a SMART RPA Support Engineer?

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (mandatory) in production support;
• Experience with other RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar;
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of RPA processes in production environments;
• Incident analysis, root cause identification and resolution of technical issues;
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably C# and/or VB.Net;
• Documentation, reporting and knowledge sharing of RPA best practices;
• Quality assurance, testing and validation of RPA solutions.
