Responsibilities:
To lead MEP design for the UK Rail/Buildings industry.
To lead MEP design for the Middle East Rail/Buildings industry.
To carryout multi coordination and integrate the designs considering buildability.
Integrate and guide a team of Design Engineers who undertake electrical design work for a Rail environment/ building for the UK and Middle East market.
Understanding the scope of project, prepare man hour estimate, Technical Queries, RFIs and Change orders while working on projects.
Experience in carrying out Design Risk Assessments and clear understanding on CDM requirements.  Undertake design of LV Distribution, Earthing & Bonding, Lighting, Cable management system designs.
Prepare Survey requirements and analyze the existing installation from survey reports/ photos etc.
Developing design reports, technical notes, specifications.
Carryout self-check and verify that designs adhere to standards.
