Objectives
Complete the removal and installation of the bogie for 50 trains and to perform traction motor refurbishment activity if required as per the scheduled timeline.
Responsibilities
Issue progress reports.
Follow up traction motor retrofit operations.
Report & register any deviation (failure/event) to the RSK Lead Engineer.
Using Traction motor test bench to perform the tests required after bearing replacement.
Lead and supervise team of technicians for removal and installation of the bogie.
Ensure good information flow about interventions & operations within retrofit to support shift transition.
Perform post‑work testing and validation as necessary.
