This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$35/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Replace roof shingles
+ Clean gutters
+ Ensure jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Perform roofing work

**Requirements**

+ OSHA 10 certification; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
+ Experience working around occupied residential properties
+ Standard roofing tools
+ Required PPE
