Responsibilities

• Supervising roofing foremen and all commercial roofing field operations
• Overseeing in‑progress production work to ascertain appropriate schedule and to certify that labour and material for individual projects meet allotted budgets
• Monitoring and ensuring that safety rules on site are adhered to in relation to both project specific plans and company safety policies
• Ensuring safety paperwork, including safety talks, JSA’s and inspections on individual sites are carried out
• Working with roofing foreman to address material requirements
• Working in liaison with the purchaser and fleet/equipment manager to schedule material and equipment shipments, deliveries and loading
• Working directly with on‑site inspection, consulting to rectify or enhance required installation details deliberating with project management as necessary
