Job Description

The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking a Room Attendant for our flagship hotel in London. The role reports to the supervisor and coordinator and is responsible for contributing to the cleanliness of guestrooms and residential spaces, delivering linen, and carrying out requests to ensure the comfort of guests and residents.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure personalized service to all guests, following Peninsula Principles and noting guest preferences.
• Handle queue rooms and make‑up rooms promptly as required.
• Liaise with the minibar/amenity team to ensure all rooms are serviced and replenished before completion.
• Assist with monthly inventory of chemicals, machines, cleaning supplies, maintenance, minibar stock, and department control store.
