• Starting salaries from $124,263-$136,689 including 40% Geo Modifier
• IFR Allowance adds another 5K 
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention bonus plan ($40,000 after 42 months, plus additional retention bonuses upon completion of program milestones)
