Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable people and helping to end rough sleeping? We’re looking for a committed and compassionate Rough Sleeping Case Officer to join our Housing & Support Solutions Team on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with individuals at risk of homelessness, supporting them to rebuild their lives, secure stable accommodation, and achieve independence.

About the Role

You will play a key role in our Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Team, providing practical and emotional support to people who are:

* Sleeping rough or at risk of rough sleeping

* Living in temporary accommodation

* Experiencing complex needs such as mental health or addiction
