Description

Sunset Distributing is seeking a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy to handle route reconciliation and settlement.

This is a full time position. The hours required are Monday through Friday, starting at either 11 a.m. or noon depending upon the season, and ending when all Delivery Reps are in and all work is complete. Expected hours range between 40-50 hours per week.

This position is accountable for balancing and finalizing the daily delivery routes, depositing checks, money orders/cashier’s checks, and receiving invoice paperwork/providing assistance with the Accounts Receivable team. The Route Reconciliation Specialist (RRS) receives and verifies daily check receipts from each Delivery Representative as each Rep returns each day.
