Responsibilities

• Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and interrelationships
• Identify resources required for each task
• Respond to and resolve emergent problems by building automation to prevent recurrence
• Write software in a full-stack Java and web technology environment using Gradle, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Kafka, and React
• Manage product availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to define and document RPA business and technical requirements
• Create RPA process, technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation
• Mentor others and perform code reviews to ensure design and implementation qualityIdentify opportunities for code refactoring and performance optimizations
