Assignment of Duties

• Assess City’s existing technology solution landscape and architecture, with a focus on public-facing digital solutions.
• Ensure architecture design aligns with business goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder management including communicating complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way, and consensus building.
• Presentations to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of solution architecture experience in a leadership capacity, gained in a complex technological environment, paired with post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Math (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Demonstrated hands-on knowledge in solution architecture design and system integration, including but not limited to specification, configuration, and implementation.
