Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field

5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management

Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms to support request fulfillment processes

Strong understanding of Request Management lifecycle and integration with ITSM modules

Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration

Proficient in creating dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making

Adherence to ServiceNow development best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions
