Health Services Cluster - Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement Security Level: CRJMC Leads requirements discovery, backlog refinement, prototype testing, and supports business process design for the LTCCDD Alpha Phase. Facilitates stakeholder engagement, develops decision-ready business analysis artefacts, and ensures alignment with OPS methodologies, enterprise architecture standards, and Discovery findings.

Responsibilities

Lead and conduct business analysis across Alpha and early Beta/MVP planning, ensuring all documentation and analysis align with OPS Unified I&IT Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture, Gating processes, and Agile/OPS development standards.

Develop, document, refine, and maintain business requirements, including functional, non-functional, regulatory, compliance, and data requirements, ensuring traceability from Discovery outputs to Alpha prototypes and into MVP backlog preparation.
