What You Need to Do
Lead and develop a team of Process Engineers and technical specialists within Mid-End manufacturing.Drive process stability, capability, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational targets.Monitor and improve key KPIs including yield, quality, productivity, scrap, and cycle time.Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related issues.Support new product introduction (NPI), process qualifications, and technology transfer activities.Collaborate closely with Production, Equipment Engineering, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure smooth manufactu...
