We’re looking for a Senior Ruby Engineer to help scale a high-growth product used by marketing teams to discover creators, manage campaigns and measure impact.

Tech stack:

• Ruby on Rails
• REST APIs
• Elasticsearch
• MySQL
• Cloud / CI/CD exposure (GCP ideal)

You’ll work across:

• Backend feature development
• Platform scalability & performance optimisation
• Search systems & database improvements
• Architecture decisions and engineering best practice
