We are looking for aRun-Out Supervisor to join our team atHarrow Garage .

Reporting to theTraffic Manager , this pivotal role ensures the smooth and safe operation of our run-out process, maximising vehicle availability to meet service requirements.

You will need to ensure there is the correct number of vehicles required to cover the service operated for the duty and ensure correct allocation of vehicles to routes. As well as being the primary supervisory in charge during the allocated shift period, you will conduct Pre-service checks to ensure a contingency is in place for late departure and allocate support vehicles, if needed.

Your strong written and verbal communication skills will help you liaise with the Engineering teams and iBus Control to ensure that the run out and run in operates efficiently and efficiency, making sure that the buses are correctly prepared and plated, assisting drivers as required.
