We're Sam
Harrison and Fanny Stocker — we founded Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and
Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West
London that we're deeply proud of.

Sam is on
the floor most days, working alongside our team — because we both believe in
leading from the front. The people who work with us aren't just employees;
they're part of our family. We're a small, close-knit group and we're honest
about that — we only work with the right people, and when we find them, we
invest in them properly.

We're
passionate about this industry and everything it can offer. We believe that
amazing hospitality should always be a joy — for our guests and for the people
