Your Role:- Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products.
- Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls.
- Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers.
- Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients.
- Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ advertising experience.
Your Qualifications:- Fluency in Russian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
