Position Overview
β’ Ideally, 10+ years of experience in an IT lead role driving Change and managing complex Programs for a portfolio, business line, or domain from initiation to full execution. Legal, Compliance or similar furcation is desirable but not required
β’ Strong knowledge and understanding of Incident and Problem Management practices
β’ IT Software management (SDLC) and hands-on on experience on with any of the following; ServiceNow, JIRA
β’ Experience in operating under a Global team environment
β’ Evidence of being able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment using Agile & Waterfall methodology
β’ Prior experience with Cloud Security, Entitlement, Authentication, UI design & Cloud is a big plus
β’ In-depth knowledge of interfaces REST, File-Based, Message Queue) is required
β’ Prior experience in managing SaaS solution is preferred
β’ Experience of managing a relationship with vendors and other stakeholders
