The Job in a Nutshell:

The Safety and Security Representative is responsible for supporting Natural Grocers’ mission to minimize risk and maximize safety in Natural Grocers stores. This in-store position supports Natural Grocers’ store Crews by identifying and addressing safety issues, de-escalating confrontations, promoting world class customer service, assisting in asset protection, and providing a security presence to ensure the safety and well-being of our Customers and Crew. Must have ability to work a variable schedule as required . Days, evenings, weekends, and occasional night shifts will be required as necessary.
