Safety Compliance Manager – Disney Cruise Line

This Safety Compliance Manager role is responsible for supporting the Safety Compliance program at Disney Cruise Line (DCL) by assisting the DPA in maintaining compliance with the Disney Cruise Line® Safety Management System, Disney Corporate Safety Standards, and all applicable international, national, flag state, and local regulations. The role will consistently seek opportunities to enhance technical and operational safety performance and promote a robust safety culture through collaboration across all operational departments with a focus on shipboard safety matters throughout the Disney Cruise Line fleet, particularly Disney Adventure.
