This permanent opportunity offers a hybrid working model with travel to Bristol and client sites. It suits experienced professionals with current SC clearance and a background in , Weapons, Ordnance, Munitions & Explosives systems safety, or defence engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work directly with clients, providing specialist consultancy services and supporting business development. Your engineering expertise will help shape the design, operation, and maintenance of complex systems ensuring technical risks are identified, communicated, and managed, and that safety is never compromised.

You’ll join a team delivering some of the most advanced WOME programmes in the UK, including:

Directed energy weapons

Hypersonics

Autonomous ordnance clearance

Conventional weapons

Strategic deterrent systems
