Position Overview

            Lead the site safety team and subcontractors to implement company safety systems, ensuring compliance and effective risk management 
Collaborate with site operations staff and project managers to address safety and health issues, driving proactive safety solutions 
Supervise and promote safe conduct on site by identifying and rectifying unsafe work environments and practices 
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to detect hazards and perform safety gap analyses to improve workplace safety 
Assist in reporting and investigating accidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence 
Facilitate tool-box meetings to communicate safety updates and reinforce safety culture among workers 
Support safety planning and incident prevention initiatives to minimize workplace risks 
Assist in preparing for and participating in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 audits to maintain certification standards
