In this role you will strengthen the Safety Management System (SMS) at base maintenance sites, acting as the focal point for safety investigations and ESRs. You will collaborate with the Safety Department to ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and you will translate safety data into actionable improvements. You’ll work across maintenance teams to identify hazards, track risk mitigations, and support continuous safety enhancement. This position offers impact across multiple sites within the Ryanair group, with a focus on enabling proactive safety culture and robust incident investigation.
