This position is posted for contractor conversion purposes for a Safety Engineer Sr.

Responsibilities


+ Develop, implement, and continuously improve, health and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence

+ Conduct routine safety audits and workplace inspections, identifying risks and driving corrective actions through closure

+ Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective preventive measures are implemented

+ Partner closely with production, maintenance, and medical teams to support safe and efficient operations

+ Deliver engaging training on emergency response, hazardous materials handling, and safety procedures across all levels of the organization

+ Serve as a point of contact with external regulatory agencies as needed
