Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the HSE strategy across renewable projects (solar, BESS, wind).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (ISO *************).
• Oversee HSE performance during project development and construction phases.
• Manage and audit EPC contractors and subcontractors on safety matters.
• Conduct risk assessments (HAZID, JSA) and define mitigation actions.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform regular site inspections and HSE audits.
• Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor and report HSE KPIs to management and investors.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, HSE, or related field.
