Overview

Primary Function:

The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with NGCP Safety Rules , DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards , and company HSE policies. The role focuses on hazard identification, accident prevention, safety monitoring, and promoting a safe working environment within transmission substation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Safety Compliance & Implementation

   Enforce compliance with:

   • NGCP Safety Rules and Regulations
   • DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards
   • Company HSE policies and procedures

   Implement site-specific Safety and Health Program (SSHP).

2. Site Safety Monitoring

   Conduct daily safety inspections of:

   • Substation work areas
   • Electrical installation, lifting, and working-at-height activities
